Hwang Eun-bi was born on June 3, 1998, in Cheongju, South Korea. She is a South Korean singer, dancer, and actress and is mostly known by her stage name SinB. SinB is a former member of the South Korean girl group GFriend where she debuted as a member in early 2015 with their debut album Season of Glass. She was the main dancer and center of GFriend, which is under Source Music until they disbanded officially in May.

SinB Workout Routine

SinB loves to workout and stays fit. During the time when SinB was part of the group, her routine was so busy that she could not work out that much however her dance practice and daily activity were enough to keep her slim and well-shaped. SinB states that she enjoys doing pilates more than physical training. She works out five days a week with two sets of routines each day. Each routine will be an hour or two hour-long.

Morning and Evening Routine

In the morning, SinB enjoys doing Pilates from a professional instructor. Pilates tones our body muscles and gets them shaped. It also increases flexibility and provides us with that slim waistline and well-shaped butt.

In the evening, she does workouts like cardio or dance routine followed by circuit training. So for the first two-three days, she trains by doing an hour of dance workout to get calorie burning. Then two-three days, she does this circuit routine to tone her whole body.
