Vinnie Tortorich is an American author, podcaster, and businessman. Along with that Tortorich is a health and fitness expert who promotes the ‘no sugar no grains’ lifestyle. He also promotes a low carbohydrates diet way of eating. Vinnie was born on September 27, 1962. Currently, He is 58 years old.
Vinnie is the founder of three companies named Pure Vitamin Club, Pure Coffee Club, and NSNG Foods. Tortorich has written two books Monty, and Fitness Confidential. Fitness Confidential is the book that tracks his life, including his ultra-cycling career, his battle with Leukemia.

Cardio
Vinnie Tortorich doesn’t have his own workout regime. But he suggests regular weight-bearing exercise, like jogging, walking or anything where you are carrying your own weight.
Resistance training
Vinnie performs legs exercise once a week. He also performs Weighted squats. He does 12 reps using only the bar. Then does 6-8 reps for a total of 3-5 sets.
He also performs Lunges 6-8 reps, of 3-5 total sets.
Upper body:
Vinnie works twice a day for the upper body. He does chest and triceps one day and on the other day back and biceps.
He chooses 3 exercises to match each set of muscles like pull exercise for the chest & triceps and push exercise for the Back & biceps. He does this first set for 12-15 reps.

- Vinnie takes a rest between resistance training workouts for up to 2 days.
- cardio can be done before or after strength training.
- He suggests doing the first whichever you care more. So if you care about losing weight, do cardio first. If we want to get stronger, lift first.
- Vinnie mixes up routines to keep his body guessing.
If he has only 20 or 30 minutes each day to perform an exercise, he suggests doing pushing exercises on day first, pulling exercises on day second, legs on 3 days, and aerobic exercise with the remaining time.
