Tiffany Haddish has experienced an impressive weight loss transformation, a decrease of an impressive 50 pounds over the past few years. she revealed her exciting experience with the changes in her body, revealing the exact exercises she’s been doing to lose weight and get toned.
In July 2018, she decided to leave smoking, kicking the smoking habit is the best thing she does for her fitness.
Tiffany’s exercise
Firstly she runs on the beach for 15/20 minutes. She is addicted to the app called supernatural, she does that in the morning for 10 to 20 minutes.
She started Luther Freeman´s 30 days transformation program. The program includes personalized fitness and nutrition plans, body mass index (BMI), and lifestyle. Then she formulates a custom plan including a nutrition plan and workout .for instance, plyometrics, cardio, and strength training.
