She has to take care of her body, get more energy, and keep going so she can keep entertaining thousands of fans at sold-out shows.

Pink works out by doing yoga, gymnastics, biking, tennis, surfing, and mind-blowing acrobatic tricks while singing her heart out for a two-hour show in front of thousands of people.

Pink’s fitness coach, Jeanette Jenkins, keeps her motivated, keeps her on track, and adds new challenges to her workout plan. She worked with celebrity trainer Gregory Joujon-Roche, known for his work with celebrities. He put her through the workout plan below. After she had her baby, she also worked with Jillian Michaels.

Pink’s trainers tell her to finish a set when she feels like she can’t do one more rep instead of trying to do a certain number of reps per set.

Here’s how Pink works out:

Monday: Shoulders & Chest

  • One hour of cardio on the treadmill with a 2% incline and breaks to do ab exercises.
  • Weightlifting for 30 minutes: chest and shoulders

  • 2% incline on the treadmill for 1 hour of cardio
  • 30 minutes weightlifting – Abs
  • Stretching and yoga
  • Start doing ab intervals after running on the treadmill for 40 minutes. Between each ab circuit, sprint for 2 minutes on the treadmill.

Abs Circuit: (work till failure)

  • Knee-Ins
  • Holds and Tucks
  • Toe Touches Toe Touches
  • V-Ups & Pike
  • Turns of the torso
  • Hip bends that pack a punch

Because Pink does a lot of acrobatics on stage, she needs core-based exercises to build her core strength and keep those insane six-pack abs.

Thursday: Armes

  • 30 minutes of self-defense

Pink is a “kind of vegan” and tries to eat simple, healthy meals with vegan food. She eats chicken and fish, but fresh vegetables and fruit are her main foods. Pink tries to eat healthily, but she isn’t so strict that she won’t treat herself when she wants to (like when her husband brings her French Toast for breakfast in bed!).

Here is Pink’s diet:

Breakfast

  • Coffee and a superfood smoothie with blueberries, avocado, flaxseed oil, and coconut water.
  • When she wakes up, she drinks 20 ounces of water, which is good for her health.

Lunch

  • Grilled Greek cheese called Halloumi is semi-hard and made from goat’s milk and a salad of cabbage, carrots, pepper, spinach, and onion.
  • Lemonade that burns fat to drink.

Dinner

  • Chicken or salmon cooked on the grill with steamed vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, and couscous.
  • Drink organic green tea.
