So according to her personal coach, she will be dancing most of the time and that makes her feel great. They will do a dancing routine simply like Zumba to get them fit and that routine will go on for an hour to two hours.

HIIT Workout

When it comes to HIIT workout she performs a 30 minutes HIIT workout that consist of a lot of full body training. Her trainer told that it is always switching up with things. Sometimes we will do a HIIT workout, sometimes it’s Pilates, sometimes swimming and sometimes it’s just strength exercise. Some of the HIIT workouts include:
