Kim Seok Woo was born on August 7, 1996, better identified by his stage name Rowoon, is a¬† South Korean singer and actor. He is a part of the K-pop boy and SF9. He performed his first leading role in 2019 MBC’s television series, Extraordinary you.

Rowoon is designated by FNC Entertainment. He has also been a part of several reality shows including Cheongdam dong 111, law of the Jungle in Patagonia, King of Mask Singer, and Battle Trip. Rowoon likes to revel in sports during his free time. His acting career in television series started with KBS2’s School 2017 with a minor supporting role. After his arrival, he steadily began receiving bigger roles for his next works. In 2018, he was cast on tvN’s regarding Time as the female lead’s brother. Rowoon Workout Routine

Rowoon began as a K-pop artist, his routine was dancing for hours and doing a few minutes of basic exercises and stretching. That was what he used to do to put himself in shape, and it was working well for him. However, as Rowoon joined the industry and started getting older, the routine got changed a little.

Rowoon concentrates more on doing workouts like weight training and stretching exercises. He is not into dancing much now except the group will call him to work on a music video or attend a live show.
