She does yoga .she had joined the spinning class. Yoga helps her to lengthen, tone up and increase the flexibility of her muscles and at the same time, relaxes her mind and body.

She restricts the food containing more amount of calories.  Nowadays she eats 1,200 calories per day but for better maintenance, she uses a portion-controlled diet. she eats More salads. She drinks a glass of wine. She takes the bread. Before she use to take the whole basket of bread but now she eats only one piece instead of the whole loaf. For breakfast, she eats French Toast and turkey sausage as breakfast.
