Rachel Bilson is not so much interested in the gym. But also exercises 5 times a  week. she does cardio exercise for 20 mins. After cardio, She does squats and then lunges.

She sets her Workout times for the whole body for 10 minutes. This consists of 3 main exercises- Spiderman push-ups, Prone Scissors, and double crunches. It is useful for her whole body from arms to legs.

If she didn’t like to go to the gym then she dances and plays tennis or does some physical activities at home. She wakes up early in the morning and takes a walk in the fresh surrounding.

She does yoga. she also does boxing.
