Negative Thoughts

What are negative Thoughts? There are times when you are in a rush, and a smirk passed by a stranger keeps you tolling throughout the day. Not just that, it may save you awake the entire night. You might pay even more attention to the slightest of your dressing bits the next day. The stranger who might not have even noticed you could have things going on his mind, why is the earth round in shape or his colleagues may piss him in a meeting. A negative thought can make you sad and anxious. It can affect our relationships, workplace, health, and lives. It takes away concerns and also takes a toll on your physical health.

How  To Overcome Negative Thoughts

While you are sad, practice engaging with your senses at the moment. Focus on taste and sound, and ignore them more often than not. Our brains are full of thought, and focusing on our present actions seems to be unnatural to our brains. Smell and touch. This leaves you with less time to worry and places you in the moment, where you have the space to challenge the negative thoughts that play around.
