He is best recognized as a member of K pop group Bangatn boys aka BTS. The other members of the band BTS are Jin, Suga, RM, J-Hope, V, and Jungkook. Jimin has been the gossip of the town because of his well-toned abdominal muscles. Though he likes being the abs-pillar of the world’s biggest boy band, the BTS member had to go over a harsh diet to achieve this current body. Rumors have it that the “Life Goes On” singer adopted the so-called “Jimmin Diet” which is just restricting himself to eating only one meal a day for a total of 10 days. Jimin, previously revealed that he needed to look better after seeing himself in the mirror while having their daily dance practice.

Jimin, then, decided to limit himself from eating big amounts of food and limit it to one meal daily. However, the BTS member, reportedly, had a difficult time doing it as faints at times because his body failed to get sufficient energy to support him in his activities.

There were also demands saying that Jimin tried another diet that involved eating two chicken breasts every day. Though the BTS member remained doing it for a year, it was later found out that he experienced malnutrition since he only gets a confined number of vitamins and minerals from his restricted diet.
