She was a human rights activist in America.  She is considered the most influential woman in the world. she gained popularity at the age of 32 because of her talk show.

Oprah Winfrey Workout Routine

Oprah Winfrey is very beautiful and she really works hard to maintain her fitness she takes training and follows the exercise. she has designed her schedule of exercise.

Morning

She does this exercise 6 times a week in the morning time.  she does 45 minutes of aerobic exercise, including at least two of the following: power walking on a graded treadmill, jogging, elliptical exercise, stair-stepping, or rowing.

Evening

She does the cardiovascular workout 5 times a week in the evening time for 20-minute.

Once a week

She replaces her aerobic exercise with  running (75 mins)

Training

she follows strength training four or five times a week for 30 to 40 minutes. She prefers to train herself before her aerobic workout.

  • She  warm-up by walking for 15 min
  • on the first day she  does the following exercise  :
  • squats, leg extensions, leg curls, back extension,  incline press, chest presses, standing flies.
  • On the second day she does the following exercise:

shoulder presses, lateral raises, frontal raises, thumbs down raises, standing cable, cross curls, Rotary torso, back extensions.

Abdominal workout

she does this exercise every day. Her abdominal workout includes: Incline crunches and stretches   .she did stretches for her whole body.
