Melissa adds variations to her routine. Her favorite  exercises are as follows;


She performs this workout to define the glutes. She starts by getting on hands and knees and arch back posing like  Cow. She lifts 1 knee and pulls it forward then kicks the heel toward the ceiling. She continues doing this for some time and repeats other sides.

Banded Lunges

She repeats these exercises for 12 to 15 minutes for one side and repeats to the other side.

Weight Train for the Win

Melissa Alcantara is not a too big fan of cardio.  she walks 10 thousand steps a day and remains active throughout the day. She loves weight lifting.


Melissa Alcantara is a great fan of planks. As it helps to lose belly fat. With her wrists, elbows, and shoulders in alignment,  she extends her legs with her heels pushing back. She makes sure to keep her back in a straight line. She pulls her elbows into her chest. She holds it for about 45 sec.
