Matt Poole Workout Routine
Matt Poole workout schedule consists of 6 days of training per week, 2 or 3 times a day. He begins his days with a morning swim workout, which he completes before breakfast. After breakfast, he either goes to the gym or goes for a run before eating another meal.
Matt Poole Dietplan
Matt Poole trains so frequently and at such a great level, he is fully aware that his body requires a lot of protein and carbohydrates. His diet philosophy is to eat clean and healthy. He believes in eating three adequate meals every day, which works well with his hectic schedule.
Breakfast
He eats eggs, avocado, toast, and bacon for high carbohydrate, high protein, and fat breakfast. Avocado gives lipids, bread offers carbohydrates, and bacon gives protein. He also consumes Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain cereal, which is heavy in protein. His breakfast also includes a side of fruits, yogurt, or muesli, or any combination of the three.
Lunch
Lunch frequently consists of sandwiches, steak, and vegetables, or chicken and salad.
Dinner
Matt Poole eats a large meal for dinner that contains Mexican cuisine such as homemade burritos with a lot of vegetables that contain lettuce, carrot, tomatoes, jalapenos, avocado, and so on. He tries to make Mexican food as healthy as possible. But he doesn’t stop himself from having something he enjoys. For example, if he desires a cattleman’s cut steak, he will eat it without hesitation.
Dessert
Matt Poole like the rest of us enjoys dessert and couldn’t pass it up. Because he sweats so much during the day, he indulges at night and succumbs to sugar cravings. Chocolate and ice cream are two of his favorite flavors. He consumes them in moderation and maintains self-control. He never removes them from his diet plan because he knows that if he does, he would crave them again and splurge, making him feel even worse about it at the end of the day. Matt enjoys the Old Gold dark chocolate, particularly the mint-flavored varieties.
Snack
Poole prefers protein or healthy fats when he wants to munch. His favorite snaking options are nuts like almonds, cashews, and so on. He can easily digest them and feels satisfied till lunch if he munches on some almonds.
Smoothies
If he doesn’t have time or is feeling sluggish, he enjoys making protein smoothies. On occasion, he will have these smoothies for breakfast. Banana, dates, and egg, cashews, and spinach are included in the smoothies. Those who dislike eggs can substitute honey. He also enjoys switching between berry and banana smoothies. He also believes that an egg in a smoothie may sound strange, it tastes fine. Food isn’t about taste or pleasure for him; it’s about filling up and recovering from exercise. He brags about having a steel gut.
Matt Poole Advice for his fans
Matt has some unique advice for you if you are a big fan of his and want to pick a healthy eating plan as well. You should do what works best for you and eat healthy, clean foods. Consume foods that will keep you healthy and satisfied. You should also manage your calorie intake based on how much you workout every day or week, as well as the intensity of each training session.
There is no one-size-fits-all diet because everyone’s DNA and body are unique. So, pay attention to what experts say, test the strategy, then abandon it if it doesn’t work for you. Listening to your body and how it feels is more important than everything else, even more, important than listening to your idols or superstars.
