Lana condor was born on 11 May 1997 in Vietnam. she lives in Pacific Northwest. She is a Vietnamese American actress, singer as well as producer, she made her acting debut starring as jubilee in the superhero film X-Men on  (2016), and gained international recognition for portraying Lara Jean Covey in the romantic-comedy All the Boys film series (2018–2021). She has also portrayed Saya Kuroki in the television series Deadly Class in 2019  and Koyomi in the film Alita: Battle Angel in 2019.

Lana’s Condor Diet Plan

Lana Condor is a kind of foodie girl. She doesn’t like to have the same thing every day. She likes to eat something new every day. She loves trying meals .she likes to take advantage of all the restaurants nearby her place. One of her favorite meals is scrambled eggs with a tiny bit of tomato sauce and veggie breakfast links. She takes this with salt, a bit of olive oil, everything but bagel seasoning, and avocado.

Lana’s Condor Breakfast

Lana Condor loves coffee but in the morning she needs a cup of green tea with antioxidants. She drinks coffee almost every day when she is working. She loves breakfast food and eating breakfast is one of her favorite parts of her day.  For food, it depends upon her mood.

She loves eating a poke bowl for lunch.  She also loves fresh veggies and fish. There’s plenty of fresh fish to pick where she lives. She likes to eat fresh salmon and spicy tuna on a bed of greens and rice. Lana also eats sushi for lunch and salads. She typically drinks a glass of iced green tea with lunch.In Seattle she visited one restaurant named simply soulful cafe which has plenty of traditional American Southern food, including biscuits, fried chicken, collard greens, and macaroni and cheese, which is most liked by Lana.

Her favorite dinner is noodles. she eats noodles almost every single night and she isn’t picky about the types of noodles that she eats. Spaghetti with homemade marinara sauce, Ramen, Udon noodles with fish cakes and shrimp tempura and Chow mein are some favorite noodle-based dishes.

    Besides noodles, she takes homemade pizza as dinner. She also likes olives and onions on her Pizza. She likes to eat her dinner with a glass of red or white wine.  

Lana Condor Workout Routine

Lana Condor works out with celebrity trainer Paolo Mascitti.  She has a very close relationship with the Trainer so she feels comfortable about the workout.  Lana works out at home in a gym she created herself.

Lana has a mental health condition called body dysmorphia. People with this condition tend to hyperfocus on flaws they see in their bodies, and these flaws can cause them anxiety and other negative side effects. Lana has to be careful to make sure she isn’t overexercising. So she does light exercise.She tries to do workouts that are challenging, but she’s willing to tell her body and her trainer  “no” if she’s pushing herself too hard. If she needs a break, she takes a break. 

Cardio And Other WorkOut

Lana does a mixture of steady-state cardio workouts and high-intensity interval training i.e. HIIT. During the HIIT workouts, Lana does some weighted work, such as lunges and squats with weights. Lana loves jumping rope, especially between exercises to keep her heart rate up.

Before getting into acting, Lana was a classically-trained ballerina and contemporary dancer. She also rode horses all her life, which she considers a great workout.
