she dances (ballet and Zumba dance). she practices dance once a week. She alternates ballet with Zumba dance and dedicates plentiful hours to dancing. Both the dance helps to strengthen the core and speed up the flow of adrenaline in your body. Dancing helps her to get toning muscles .she follows many moves in dance that are similar to Pilates, barre, or even yoga
Exercise
She works out on the beach listening to music. Outdoor workouts captivate more than the gym or indoor workouts. She does exercises on mild sunny days. she absorbs vitamin D from the sun. it’s very critical to expose their skin directly to the sun but for her fitness, she comes in contact with the sun. sunlight enhances your bone density and saves you from myriad bacterial and fungal infections.

Training
She loves incorporating yoga into her training. In the morning she stretches and does cardio works out then she cools down.
she did bodyweight resistance training, and she likes to follow this to the end of a walk or run. she prefers Body weighting training and overweight lifting. Body resistance Training includes Pushups, Side bridges, Crunches, Leg raises, etc.

she follows a balanced diet that is sustainable to her. she is not so concerned about the diet but also her approaches to fitness were liked by many.
Breakfast
she focuses on eating larger meals for breakfast. she simply takes a stack of pancakes and a cup of coffee. She does this on Saturdays at home. She adds banana and 2 eggs to her pancake and she also uses 100% maple syrup on them too as a treat.
She takes fresh fruit and juice in the morning. Banana is one of her favorite fruit. She enjoys eating banana bread for breakfast.
she takes slices of bread, avocado, and eggs for a healthier meal, of avocado, and soft-boiled eggs. Sounds Avocados and eggs are fats-containing foods, which help to stay full the whole day.
Lunch
Kimberley Garner takes ramen, sushi, pokes bowls, and robatayaki for her lunch. she eats Nutritious food Poke bowls with salmon, edamame, avocado, cucumber, shaved radish, and red onion.
