Hudson has nailed her morning routine, which we all aspire towards. Her morning routine now includes a combination of essential vitamins and minerals in her health brand’s powders and clean green proteins.

Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 20-ounce ice cubes
  • 13 cups of oat milk
  • 4 strawberries
  • 10 raspberries
  • 15 blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 5 mint leaves

  • 1 banana
  • 1-ounce almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 13 cups almond milk

I adore everything peanut butter, so Hudson’s protein peanut butter and blueberry smoothie would be my choice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1-ounce peanut butter
  • 13 cups almond milk
  • 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder InBloom
