The Korean musician is often known for his vocal prowess, but that is not where he tried to kickstart his profession. Jung’s first love was dancing and he did it with remarkable emotion. Jung Hoseok J Hope Workout Routine

J-Hope and most of the k-pop artists have this thin and lean body type, and they have to do several things like singing and dancing at the same time, and because of that, they normally don’t get bulked up. K-pop is very strict when it comes to giving chances to people, and if you need to be an idol, you have to go through severe training, diet, practice, etc. However, once you do it, it does get a few better for you.

J-Hope has quite a related lifestyle where he and other BTS members have to go through daily training and work to keep up with being an idol that people admire. His workout includes:


One of the essential elements to be even able to think about getting into k-pop is that you should dance almost like a pro. J-Hope and other members are no unusual, J-Hope goes through most daily dance practice, and when they are touring, even then a couple of days before the performance, they start to practice for their performance.

What is cruel is that they don’t do an hour of dance training. The work goes on for two or three hours: sometimes it can take even more hours depending on the day. However, they do have breakfast within and stop to rest once in a while, but usually, they are following a lot.

J-Hope Simple Bodyweight Workout

Other than dance training, the BTS member doesn’t go to the gym and do various workouts. However, J-Hope and other team members like to do regular bodyweight workouts like Push-ups, crunches, squats, jumping jacks, etc. To maintain themselves fit and healthy, it is also their way to heat up before the show or performances. So a few hours after dancing, you can do this method to get muscle definition.

The diet plan that J-Hope follows is pretty regular; he does not have any diet management; instead of that, he enjoys having what J-Hope wants and where he wants, which is totally okay for him because hours of dancing burns quite a lot of calories and gets you craving.

However, if you are not working out that much, you should stick to consuming in moderation and eating healthy. For now, you can catch this diet that might get you to look like J-Hope. His diet includes:
