He is the host and executive producer of Jimmy Kimmel Live, a late-night talk show that premiered on ABC on January 26, 2003, at Hollywood Masonic Temple in Hollywood, California; and on April 1, 2019, at a secondary home, the Zappos Theater on the Las Vegas Strip. Kimmel hosted the Primetime Emmy Awards in 2012, 2016, and 2020, and also the Academy Awards in 2017 and 2018.

Jimmy Kimmel is undoubtedly one of the busiest men on television. He was also a total foodie man and he admit that. During his adult age, he frequently eats wings, pasta, and steak. As time went on, his bad habits got the best of him. Kimmel was unknown that how much he weighed for most of his adult life. Then, he bought his first scale and was shocked by the number ( 208 pounds), in 2010.

Dr.Oz had once appeared on his show, Jimmy Kimmel Live.  Dr.Oz says Kimmel has very poor eating habits and he has lack of exercise. but at that time he was not so serious so, Kimmel made a joke out of it.

His daily diet includes two protein shakes and a small dinner. After that, he moved on to a strict 2,000-calorie-a-day diet. He saw quick results and ultimately lost the stubborn 25 pounds he’d been carrying for years.

He also discovered the 5:2-based diet. This was a method of intermittent fasting that was reportedly loved by celebrities like Beyoncé and Benedict Cumberbatch. He eats whatever he wants five days a week and then eats less than 500 calories on two other days.

Kimmel restricts his diet on Monday and Tuesday. He eats pickles, egg whites, apples, peanut butter, and oatmeal.

The Hundred

He takes a yoga mat then he lies flat on his back. He extended his leg straight up (or bent if hamstrings are tight). Lift your head, neck, and shoulders off the mat and look toward your navel.  he also Pumps his arms up and down vigorously, inhaling for a count of 5 and exhaling for a count of 5 to 100 total breaths.

Roll-ups

He Lies on his back,  straight out his leg,   extended arms overhead. he also Pulls the navel toward the spine to get back as flat on the floor as possible. then he Inhales and brings his arms overhead as he curls his chin in toward his chest. Exhale and roll his body up, reaching for his toes.

He Keeps his legs on the floor and does not use momentum. after that he Inhales and starts to roll down slowly, he is also still with his legs on the floor. Exhale when he is about halfway (at the difficult point). Ten roll-ups equal 50 regular sit-ups.

Leg half-circles:

He Lies face up, arms by sides, one knee bent, the other extended straight up into the air.  then he Circles the straight leg out, down, and back to starting position, taking care to keep your back flat on the floor. Do it for 30 seconds. Reverse direction.  He repeats this with the opposite leg.

single-leg stretch:

He Lies flat on his back. Then he  Bends his knees in toward his chest, hands-on shins. After that he extends one leg straight out, keeping low back on the mat. He also Bends and extends his legs, while tapping his knee and ankle with his hands, alternating sides.
