Hudson lost about 80 pounds. Jennifer Hudson weight loss journey began in 2010. She went down from a size 16 to size 6 within a year. Her son is her motivation for her weight loss. She did the workout to set an example for her son.

Jennifer had unhealthy and harmful dietary patterns before joining hands with WW.WW known as the weight watcher is a famous American national organization that helps people in achieving the desired weight loss goal without any side effects that are usually a part of weight loss journeys.
