Boxing Workout:

  • Cross-jab-duck-left-cross-duck (repeat for 5 minutes)
  • Plank and punch (repeat for 3 minutes)
  • Squat with a high-low punch (repeat for 3 minutes)
  • Use side lunges, shoulder stretches, and the cobra stretch to cool down.

Tuesday – Full Body Strength Training

As an actress, Indya wants to one day play a superhero. They work hard to portray a strong, independent person, no matter what gender they are. Here’s what Indya does to build muscle:

  • Goblet squat (3 sets, 10 reps)

On Wednesday, Indya takes a cycle class or does their own cycling workout. Here’s a plan they could follow:

  • sprints every 2 to 3 minutes
  • 3 minutes to cool down
  • Finish 6 sets.
  • Heavy climb for 1 minute
  • Wait 2 minutes to cool down.
  • Complete 3 sets.

Thursday – Legs

Once a week, Indya works out their legs to build strength in their core and improve their posture.

Saturday – Run

On Saturdays, Indya Moore goes for a long run to stretch out their muscles, clear their mind, and get rid of any stress from the week. Running is their favorite cardio because it’s the only exercise where they’ve felt free, so they try to run at least once a week.
