Eva Longoria was naturally thin and athletic.  she was a cheerleader in her teenage and was involved in gymnastics. we can analyze she was working out about five hours per day. but  Now it is very hard to keep herself maintained.

Exercise

she does running, yoga,   pilates,   SoulCycle, and she is constantly mixing it up. Her focus was more on weight training than cardio. so she follows the exercise that loses weight.

she joined the gym.  At the gym, she does the Moves like reverse dumbbell flyes that are amazing to sculpt and strengthen her back. It also improves posture.

 she did cable squat rows, a compound movement that feels like her whole body working. She did this exercise easily, this move is a workout for the back, arms, core, and leg.

Training

Grant Roberts was her trainer. Eva was a very hard-working and committed person towards fitness. she had joined  TRX training. Using the TRX suspension system, Eva crushes a set of inverted rows which added instability to the ropes this makes muscles activate and fire up.

Eva Longoria is a kind of foodie girl. she loves to try new dishes. she has given up sugar, simple carbs, or alcohol to lose some weight for three months. She became a vegan for a while due to concerns about animal rights and sustainability. She adds plenty of protein to her food and isn’t afraid of eating fat or carbs either.
