  • Take a two-minute break.
  • Ten runs of the Zigzag on sand (40 seconds on 20 seconds off)
  • Take a two-minute break.
  • 8-10 hill sprints 50 meters (30 seconds rest maximum between each sprint)

Conditioning and Strength

We will work out five days a week in strength and conditioning. Two days will be mostly about our routines, like plyometrics and core workouts. Then, we’ll do various lifting exercises for the last three days to get that fantastic all-around body and fitness. Also, I think you should add this kind of explosiveness to your routines.
