she loses 80 pounds of weight. It was very challenging for her to lose weight. She drinks lemon water in the morning. She drinks lots of water.                     

Diet plan for weight loss

She cut back on simple carbs and takes fruits as snacks. she takes avocado toast with red pepper flakes, olive oil, and sea salt.   She tucks eggs and fruit along with pancake or french toast. she takes bread and eggs

She takes light and healthy food for lunch, such as grain bowls, sushi, veggie burrito, or a salad. She eats healthy snacks, for instance, chips and guac, hummus, and veggies or cheese with fruit and honey. At dinner, she eats vegan recipes. She adds protein like fish and chicken since she’s all vegetarian or vegan. It doesn’t appear that she is strictly vegan, but she adds some chicken to her meals for extra protein. she also includes salmon and veggies or tacos in her food.

Workout for weight loss

She also joins the gym .she  does cardio exercise for  45 minutes daily. And she loves yoga. She does yoga when she’s not dancing or getting cardio exercise through calisthenics.

Dance based workout

she does a 60-min workout class that combines yoga, dance, and barre. Her workouts include lots of plié squat, pulsing, and sweat. She is very serious about her workouts.

Core strengthening

She likes core-related exercise. She does that towards the end once the spine is mobilized and supported so that she can get more into the abs and not hurt the back. She loves all different types of crunches to have a perfect focus on.

She also workout for abdominal strength. She does ‘deep pliés.’ In this exercise, she does a plié squat and as she rises to stand, she power through her feet to jump off the floor, then lands softly back into another plié squat. She does that 10 to 20 times; she strengthens her abdomen, which she could never access with a crunch.
