he does weight-bearing exercises such as push-ups, squats, pull-ups, and dead-lifts. He repeats this exercise 10 times taking a rest of 1 Min in between. He does Close grip Push up, one leg push-ups, pull-ups with knees with different demonstrations.

He performs sun salutation to increase the focus. It increases focus with circulating oxygen to the brain. To be concentrated on something he does this salutation 2 hours before. He performs this exercise  1-2 times a week.

He also does Mountain pose, upward salute, forward fold, halfway lift, plank, low plank, upward dog, downward dog,  serially for one minute each.
