Chrissy admits that she isn’t a big fan of cardio, but she understands how important it is if she wants to keep her body looking photoshoot ready at all times.

She’s recently been getting creative with her cardio workouts, drawing inspiration from none other than Cher, the queen of pop. Chrissy recreated some of Cher’s workout videos from the 1990s.

Chrissy appears to have gone a step further, as a recent Instagram post suggests that she may be opening her own restaurant. That means people will be able to sample her many delectable recipes in person!

Chrissy is a foodie, but she watches what she eats. Her diet’s motto is one that everyone loves to use: “everything in moderation.” The only difference is that Chrissy succeeds…most of the time.

Breakfast

She prefers a simple breakfast. Her favorite dishes are always made with eggs. Some mornings, she’ll make an omelet with seasonal vegetables and a generous sprinkle of whatever cheese she can find in the fridge. Other times, she’ll grab a hard-boiled egg or two to help her fuel up before she has to gather her children.

When she has the time, she enjoys making a savory breakfast porridge. This dish contains sautéed mushrooms, a poached egg, and black pepper.

The combination of fiber from the oats and protein from the poached egg provides her with enough energy to face even the busiest days.

And when she needs a caffeine fix in the morning, she prefers green tea to coffee.

Lunch

Chrissy does not eat lunch at the start of the day. Instead, she gets it in around 3 p.m. Her breakfasts are filling enough that she can easily go that long without giving in to her cravings.

Chrissy does not reach for salad right away. Instead, she enjoys coconut chicken curry served over brown rice or avocado toast with chili flakes for extra flavor.

If she feels like cooking, she’ll make one of her Cravings cookbook recipes. A citrus salad with tangerines, grapefruit, and blood orange served with burrata and fresh basil is her favorite. She’ll drizzle a lemon balsamic dressing over the salad.

Dinner

Dinner, like lunch, is typically served later in the day. She prefers to sleep with a full stomach whenever possible. She thinks it keeps her from waking up in the middle of the night and snacking on junk food. She tries to keep most dinners simple. She’ll bake a salmon filet with sautéed spinach or a homemade tomato basil soup.

Snacks

Snacks aren’t always the healthiest option for her. When she wants to treat herself, she’s been known to eat a Hot Pocket, Cup Noodles, candy, and nuts.

Chrissy also began eating a ham and cheese sandwich with mayo as a bedtime snack. She says she’ll eat half of it before going to bed and the other half when she wakes up several hours later. When she’s trying to be healthy, she prefers to sip on homemade bone broth to keep her satiated between meals.
