Chris Kresser is an American cholesterol denialist, acupuncturist, anti-flu vaxxer. He is the promoter of his own version of the paleo diet. Kresser has made many dangerous health suggestions, for instance, he has argued against flu vaccination and suggests that pregnant mothers drink raw milk and he also advises to skip the vitamin K shot for their newborns. He advises everyone to eat a high-fat paleo diet himself advertises him as a “health detective”.  He is from Southern California. Chris Kresser is a proponent of ancestral health, a licensed acupuncturist, and an educator of Functional Medicine.

 Our ancestors used to do lots of exercises. so he believes that we should also follow them. we should also do lots of exercise in short bursts. Short intense sessions burn fat, increase aerobic capacity and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease rather than longer sessions.

He says we should do training at a limit. overtraining is very harmful to our health. Overtraining can lead us to autoimmune disorders, adrenal fatigue, and digestive problems.

Cut the Cortisol

Kresser says the significant problem with overtraining is the levels of the stress hormone cortisol rise, which leads us to the opposite of what we want i.e weight gain and illness.

Keep Frequency In Check

we should push ourselves hard, but should do only 2-3 times a week. we should not do it more than 2-3 times a week.

Get Sufficient Rest

 we should take a break because taking breaks is necessary to avoid the problems associated with overtraining.

Variety Is the Spice

 It is also necessary to vary our routines,  to avoid overuse and boredom.

Don’t Knock Yoga

 Those people who think yoga is ‘too easy, try it because it can help to control cortisol levels. It also helps you reach your fitness and weight-loss goals.

High-intensity exercise only for  20 min or less,2 or 3 times in a week.

Weight-bearing exercise, 2or 3 times a week, overdoing is harmful so Don’t overdo it.
