Chris Brown Presents his workout routine at least five times a week, and every day he trains for about an hour to two hours instantly.

Chris Brown has done many programs and when you are that famous and doing shows all over the world. You need to stay healthy and rehearse a lot of moves before performing on the stage. Chris Brown has to prepare a lot of dance moves that require a significant amount of stamina and endurance. All this dancing around the stage for about an hour burns a lot of calories. So dancing is one of the purposes why Chris Brown has that fantastic body shape.

In one of the interviews, he also said that before he was about to begin filming, every time he would overcome his diet to just one meal a day, to get a fantastic lean body. He also takes a lot of water and prefers it to everyone as it serves to stay hydrated and healthy.
