Catriona, like many of us, despises exercise but does it anyway because it makes her feel good when the endorphins kick in after a sweat session. She also prefers staying active every day to going to the gym every day. Every day, she tries to exercise in the morning.

Finding new ways to move smoothly is also important for her. She sometimes takes a cha-cha class on a cruise, sometimes she takes a polo class at home, and sometimes she just walks around the deck. Riding her bike around the farm or going to the gym for 20 minutes are also viable options for her.

She stays in shape by moving as much as she can and never forcing her body to do something it doesn’t want to do, such as going to the gym for an hour. She admits that as a working mother, she is unable to attend a yoga class three times per week. As a result, she strives to make every moment of every day count.

The stunning woman’s day begins at 6 a.m. when she orders a McMuffin for breakfast. She foregoes the bun in favor of bacon and eggs with a slice of orange. Tomato juice and coffee are also included in the breakfast. She works out at 8:10 a.m. and then grabs a flat white expresso.

Morning Snack

While filming in the morning, she survives on hot drinks and cookies. At 10:30 a.m., she eats a snack of an apple and bottled water if she is hungry.

Lunch is usually served at 12 p.m. and includes chowder (a type of soup and stew). She follows it up with a flat white espresso and water.

Evening Snack

At 5 p.m., she nibbles on Alaskan reindeer jerky.


Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. and will include baked wild salmon and some vegetables with olive oil. She also enjoys a glass of white wine with dinner.

Late-Night Drink

She has some chamomile tea with honey at 9:30 p.m. to help her relax and sleep better.
