Brooke Lisa Burke was born on  8sept, 1971, in Hartford, Connecticut, the U.S. she is a television personality, fitness personality, author, actress, and businesswoman in America. She is famous for hosting the E! Network travel show Wild On! (1999–2002), CBS’ Rock Star (2005–2006), and TV Lands’ She’s Got the Look in 2010. she had won the seventh season of Dancing with the Stars; then Burke served as co-hostess of the show from season ten to season seventeen (2010–2013). In 2017, Burke herself launched a body fitness app, “Brooke Burke Body,” with workout videos featuring her.

She attended  Sahuaro High School and Palo Verde High School in Tucson, where she was homecoming queen in 1989. Later she studied broadcast journalism.

Burke works out right in her living room if that’s the only space she can get to. She also uses the stairs, furniture, and anything, and it is creative and challenging to use household items, which is good for the muscle between your ears. Her household activities also make muscle exercise.

Burke eats for an 8-hour window each day, between noon and 8 pm, and she does fasting for the other 16hrs. She says she’s tried plenty of diets, but Intermittent fasting works for her, and she never feels hungry.

Burke considered breakfast the most important, but she felt wrong once she drank bulletproof coffee. She has her first meal around noon, i.e., after working out.

Burke’s first meal of the day is usually a shake consisting of almond milk, dates, almond butter, MCT oil, maca powder, peanut butter collagen protein, half a frozen banana, and cinnamon.

Burke eats primarily clean, but if she’s in the mood for pizza, she eats it. She sometimes drinks a glass of red wine with dinner. If she is feeling crazy, she will have tequila on the rocks with a wedge of orange.
