Morning Routine

In the morning routine, Do 15 minutes then train in a Muay Thai gym for 45 minutes, Starts with 45 minutes, and then extend the training period according to your liking and preferences after each month. It will support your body to get toned and work your cardiovascular muscle while burning lots of calories.

Evening Routine

You can do a workout mix of four exercises of the upper body, lower body, and core muscles in the evening routine. So a result of 12 activities and three sets of each exercise.

Try doing resistance band works as it won’t affect your growth and give any side effects, and it gives similar results. Once you did, then complete the routine with a cardio finisher interval run for 10 minutes.
