We heard from his personal instructor Satyajit Chaurais that water is a very important site of the diet. One must swallow 3 to 4 liters of water per day. And between exercises, you can swallow lemon water. Drinking lemon water in the middle of the exercises will support the body to prevent soreness and muscle stiffness. However, it removes severe acids in the body.

However, if you are moving to consume a lot at one time, it is of no use. Your body will grip only a few amounts of stuff, and the rest is actually buzzed. So if you split and intake your food, you are moving to push the needed proteins and carbs every 2 hours that your body wants.

Never take oily food products. Take plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits. Eat Rotis built of three-grain wheat (Bajra, Jowar, and Atta). Also, snacks include biscuits, brown bread sandwiches, and papaya (which supports relieving constipation problems).

Never charge carbs after 8 pm.

If you are a non-veg eater, you can take two pieces of tandoori (chicken breast) for lunch and dinner period. Also, make sure you charge ample egg whites (4 to 5 per day).
